Rychlá fakta: "Vědci datují složený mramor na zhruba 60 milionů let, ale sintrová výzdoba, která pokrývá stěny těchto sálů, se začala tvořit teprve asi před 25 000 lety. Farmer jménem Ahmet Diti v roce 1966 otevřel vchod výbuchem, když dobýval kámen na svůj dům, a očekoval, že najde vodní zdroj."
