Rychlá fakta: Tento palác z 20. let 20. století, vytesaný z teplého růžového jodhpurského kamene, byl přepychovým letním sídlem bohatého hinduistického podnikatele. Po válce Pákistánu s Indií v roce 1971 jej vláda podle zákonů o nepřátelském majetku zabavila jeho majitelům.
Zajímavosti: Vstupte dovnitř a váš pohled okamžitě zamíří vzhůru: každá místnost má úplně jiný strop, od lasturových kupolí po složité zrcadlové mozaiky, které rozptylují světlo jako kaleidoskop. Jen samotné velké schodiště řemeslníci tesali tři roky a každý sloupek má jedinečný květinový vzor, který se nikde neopakuje.
