Weekday mornings right when doors open (10am) are the quietest, giving you the Victorian street and tank displays almost to yourself. Spring and autumn offer the most comfortable temperatures for exploring the outdoor areas.

Rychlá fakta: Jedno z největších muzeí sociální historie v hrabství, ukrývá přes 250 000 předmětů pokrývajících tři století každodenního života.
