Rychlá fakta: Úzká ulička lemovaná 44 nádherně obkládanými mauzoley tvoří jednu z nejfotografovanějších ulic Střední Asie. Komplex je pojmenován po Kusamovi ibn Abbasovi, bratranci proroka Mohameda, jehož hrobka údajně drží moc vzkříšení.
Zajímavosti: Jakmile vstoupíte dovnitř, svět zmizí, když kráčíte mezi zdmi pokrytými více než 700 let starými neupravovanými tyrkysovými, kobaltovými a terakotovými dlaždicemi. Každá ze 44 hrobek vypráví příběh prostřednictvím své glazované fasády. Ranní světlo dopadá na kopule v tom správném úhlu, takže geometrické vzory působí dojmem, že se třpytí a pohybují.
