About
Quick facts: The Karolyi Garden stretches across 8 acres in the heart of the lakeside zone of Balatonfured. It is home to more than 200 species of trees and shrubs, with some centuries-old plane trees exceeding 30 meters in height.
Highlights: Inside the garden lies the oldest wooden music pavilion on the lake, built in 1924, where outdoor concerts are held every summer. The lighting of the trees in the evening creates a fairytale atmosphere reminiscent of a scene from an old Austro-Hungarian film.
