Quick facts: From the 202 steps of the tower, the view embraces the entire Lake Balaton and the Bakony Mountains. It was built in 1936 by Count Karolyi, with stones carried by hand by local winegrowers.
Highlights: As you climb the spiral steps, the frame changes at every window: sometimes you see lush green hills, sometimes vineyards, and sometimes the silver lake. No other tower in the area offers this panoramic shift that rewards you at every turn.
