Quick facts: Two baobab trees, each about 30 meters tall, have intertwined their trunks into a single knot, according to legend a symbol of eternal love. Their thick trunks can hold tons of water, thanks to which a tree can live up to 800 years.

Highlights: Legend has it that two young people in love, whose families forbade their marriage, were buried here, and from their graves grew these two trees holding each other. At sunset, locals sit between the trunks, light candles, and exchange promises, so you might end up in the middle of a real wedding ceremony.
