Staying a week gave me a good vibe of the city, plenty to do but no rush or stress.
Food is flavorful but street options can get overwhelming. Spend 3-4 days exploring the markets and trying local dishes.
If you love nature, the green spaces here are a breath of fresh air compared to other cities in Pakistan.
Overall, Islamabad feels safe and chill. Not too crowded which was nice, but some places felt a bit too quiet.
