Quick facts: The Lipizzaner horses here have a gray coat that turns completely white as they age. It is the worldwide cradle of this breed, and houses one of the oldest stables dedicated exclusively to them.

Highlights: The dressage show displays movements dating back to European aristocracy of the 16th century, including pirouettes and piaffes. While walking through the stables, you can see how the foals are trained using techniques mastered by only a few trainers worldwide.
