Highlights: Walk the wooden staircase to the white pilgrims' cross and you stand level with peregrine falcons wheeling over the 80-meter drop. Harvesters still drag antique wooden rakes across the flats in late summer, and one raw crystal tastes of sea, minerals, and centuries of tradition.
