Quick facts: Roughly 100 bandits once worked the mountain passes of southern Spain, and the display cases here hold their playing cards, rifles, and sepia portraits. The famous sobrante gets its own explanation, an unofficial fee travelers paid to armed crews for safe passage.
Highlights: The building is the owner's family home, and he'll recount how his great-grandfather lived a double life as distiller and occasional smuggler in these very walls. Up top, a two-meter-tall wax figure of the giant bandit Pasos Largos looms in a dimly lit room, his mustache curled and his pistol still holstered.
