Highlights: Unlike many Roman ruins that were knocked down for building materials, locals protected this aqueduct for centuries by weaving it into their legends, calling it the "Devil's Bridge" and claiming Satan himself built it overnight. On summer evenings, you can still walk through the exact same arches that carried water to Roman baths, villas, and fountains for over 400 years.
