Cute old town, Lilla Torg at night is lively but overpriced, skip the tourist menus. Rent a bike and see more in a day.

Buy a Skåne card if you plan to hop between Malmö and nearby towns, it covers regional trains and local buses and saves a lot.

Don't eat at the main square, walk two blocks for real prices. Check the market stalls for cheap, tasty street food and falafel.

Expected more nightlife, most bars close early and parts felt sleepy. Nice for strolls and families, not for late night partying.

Loved Malmö's relaxed vibe, lots of cozy cafés and fresh seafood. Weather was gray but charming. 2-3 days felt just right.
