Highlights: You get to pluck peppercorns straight off the vine and crush them between your fingers, releasing an intense, sharply aromatic oil that lingers on your skin. The oldest vines on the farm are over 20 years old, and the growers still use traditional beeswax and wood-fired drying methods passed down through three generations.
