Korte feiten: Met zijn 375 meter is dit de hoogste constructie van Centraal-Azië en weegt het meer dan 6.000 ton. De toren kan aardbevingen met een kracht tot 9 op de schaal van Richter weerstaan dankzij een geavanceerde constructie van gewapend beton.

- Take elevator number 4 - it has glass walls and already provides a spectacular view up through the tower's interior during the ride.
- Sit by the window on the west side of the restaurant for the best view over Tashkent's old town and the sunset.
- Bring a dark sweater or jacket, as the observation deck can be cool and windy even on warm days.
- Avoid weekends and holidays, where the queues for the elevator can be up to 30 minutes long.
