Rychlá fakta: Je první veřejnou univerzitou v Bangladéši pojmenovanou na počest básníka, rebela Kazí Nazrula Islama. Její areál o rozloze 35 akrů hostí více než 6 000 studentů rozdělených do 20 akademických oddělení.
Zajímavosti: Centrální auditorium má 40metrovou nástěnnou malbu, která vizuálně vypráví život národního básníka, od jeho protikoloniálního boje až po jeho literární dílo. Studenti každoročně pořádají venkovní festival poezie, kde recitují Nazrulovy verše pod staletými banyány v areálu.
