Rychlá fakta: Tato 5hektarová plocha je každoročně centrem městských oslav a na Silvestra přiláká více než 50 000 obyvatel. Její strategická poloha spojuje ulici Karla Marxe s Leninovou ulicí, což z ní činí nultý kilometr města Irkutsk.
