Schnelle Fakten: Man wird von einer gewaltigen barocken Kuppel begrüßt, die mit einer Vielzahl von Heiligen und illusionistischer Architektur bemalt ist. Die Decke fühlt sich eher wie ein theatralischer Himmel als wie ein Dach an. Akustische Brillanz verwandelt gewöhnliche Gottesdienste in musikalische Ereignisse. Die Orgel und der gewölbte Stein lassen selbst einen einzelnen Akkord in der Kirche erblühen und grollen.
Highlights: Die weiten Fresken von Václav Vavřinec Reiner wirbeln über die Kuppel. Die gemalten Figuren lehnen sich so nah über und stürzen so fast, dass man die Farben fast schmecken kann. Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer gestaltete das Innere mit geschwungenen Galerien und einem schlanken Glockenturm. Ein einzelner gehaltener Orgelton bleibt im Raum hängen und vibriert, sodass man ihn in den Rippen spüren kann.
