Schnelle Fakten: Dieser hölzerne Aussichtsturm ragt 30 Meter durch ein dichtes Baumkronendach in Nordbayern auf. Rund 1.500 Schrauben und Bolzen verbinden sein ungewöhnliches Design, das sich so gut in die umliegenden Bäume einfügt, dass viele Wanderer direkt daran vorbeilaufen.

Highlights: Die gesamte Konstruktion des Turms ist direkt in die lebenden Bäume gebaut, wobei sich die Plattform um einen massiven Buchenstamm windet, anstatt getrennt davon zu stehen. Besucher steigen eine gewundene Treppe hinauf, die nur wenige Zentimeter an Ästen und Blättern vorbeiführt, sodass sich der Aufstieg wie ein Teil des Waldes selbst anfühlt.
