Best time to visit

Las mañanas de primavera y otoño son perfectas para evitar las multitudes y disfrutar de temperaturas suaves. Evita julio y agosto para no encontrar aglomeraciones en las playas.

About

Quick facts: The national park has over 30 rocky coves and fine sand beaches ideal for swimming and diving. Here you can observe more than 800 species of flora and fauna, including rarities such as the giant Dalmatian lizard.

Highlights: One of the most original surprises is the collection of over 120 prehistoric cave paintings, some more than 6,000 years old, showing scenes of ancient life. There is also an ancient Roman road that crosses part of the park, inviting you to explore history and nature in a single journey.
