Quick facts: The treasure chamber holds over 4,000 precious objects, including a 41-carat green diamond called the Dresden Green. One room alone features an entire wall paneled in amber, a material worth more than gold in the 18th century.
Highlights: The cherry stone carved with 185 tiny faces is so detailed you need a magnifying glass to see them all, yet the carver completed it using only hand tools. That same room holds a golden coffee service weighing over 50 kilograms, designed to show off Saxony's mining wealth through intricate silver and gold work.
