Highlights: On the top floor, a massive stained-glass window by Lithuanian artist Kazys Morkūnas bathes the stairwell in shifting amber light throughout the day. The permanent exhibition also includes a rarely seen hologram portrait of Jonas Mekas, the legendary avant-garde filmmaker, that flickers to life as you walk past.
