Quick facts: Ova znamenitost je pod vodom tokom većih poplava, zbog blizine rijeke Mondego. Zgrade su napuštene zbog čestih poplava koje su uništavale zemljište oko samostana.
Highlights: Podzemni dijelovi samostana su otkriveni 1994. godine tokom iskopavanja, otkrivajući srednjovjekovni način života. Posebno su zanimljive freske koje su preživjele poplave i zadržale originalne boje.
