Meer dan 200.000 bezoekers per jaar proeven de beroemde kibinai, een Litouwse lekkernij die wordt geserveerd in een klein restaurant aan het water.
Hoogtepunten: Het kasteel werd gebouwd op een natuurlijk eiland tussen drie meren, wat een verdedigingssysteem creëerde dat geen enkele vijand ooit wist te doorbreken. De restauratie in de jaren 1950 bracht kleuren en architectonische details aan het licht die eeuwenlang bedekt waren geweest.
