Rychlá fakta: Přes 5 000 artefaktů zaplňuje 13 výstavních sálů, od paleolitu po osmanské období. Sbírka muzea zahrnuje předměty z antických měst Perge, Aspendos a Side, všechny vykopané v okolním regionu.
Zajímavosti: Největším klenotem muzea je sarkofág „Truchícího Hérakla", nádherné mramorové dílo z 2. století zobrazující hrdinových dvanáct úkolů v dechberoucích detailech. Vytesaný z jediného bloku mramoru byl sarkofág v 60. letech 20. století propašován z Turecka a vrácen až po mnohaletém právním boji s muzeem Getty.
