Highlights: Besucher können Tacamas preisgekrönten Pisco direkt neben einem 400 Jahre alten Olivenbaum verkosten, der jede Ernte seit der Kolonialzeit miterlebt hat. Die Kellerei vergärt einige ihrer Weine noch immer in riesigen, im Boden vergrabenen Tonamphoren, eine von indigenen Winzern übernommene Technik, die dem Wein einen unverwechselbar erdigen, mineralischen Abgang verleiht.
