Highlights: Ein 150 Jahre altes unterirdisches Tunnelsystem, das in den Wüstenboden gegraben wurde, hält die Fässer das ganze Jahr über ohne moderne Kühlung auf konstant 18 °C. Besucher können diese kerzenbeleuchteten Tunnel begehen und den süßen Duft von Quebranta-Trauben einatmen, der dick in der kühlen Luft hängt.
